Assistant Manager - Reward Consulting, London

At KPMG, our values define who we are and the way we do business. As a leading professional services firm, we know that our strength and capability come from our people – their different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds. From our inclusive leadership strategy to our diversity and inclusion targets – we’re making bold changes to who we are and what we do. Be part of it.

The Reward practice at KPMG is a dedicated national team that advise on the design, tax, market practice, corporate governance, regulatory and accounting aspects of management and broader employee incentive structures. The business has recently received approval from the partnership to make a strategic investment in expanding the practice, to focus on the all-employee reward proposition. The practice has recruited an Associate Partner from a leading consulting firm as a first step and is looking for a team to support the establishment and development of that service line.

This role provides the opportunity to join the London Reward Consulting team that sits within KPMG’s National Market’s business which services those clients based primarily in the UK. The National Markets client base ranges from technology start-ups to FTSE 250 companies, allowing for an exciting mix of work from a highly diverse client base. This provides an opportunity for consultants to work closely with other internal functions (Tax, Accounting, Legal and Advisory) to deliver joined-up and commercial solutions to clients.

Both the London National Market business and the wider Reward team have grown significantly in recent years, and this role offers candidates the opportunity to join a business area which has wider leadership support to build upon its success and continue to grow.

We are looking for talented, energetic new hires to bring the plan to life and who are excited by the opportunity to create something new in the marketplace. Personality fit is all – we want people who will enjoy and are not afraid by the journey. In turn, we can offer unparalleled opportunity to progress on an accelerated basis without barrier.
