Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all new employees receive a warm welcome, and all necessary paperwork, is ready for their arrival.
  • Ensure that all trainings is recorded in Workday.
  • Maintains contact with new employees during their probation period, and monitor their training to ensure that they are building their competence.
  • Manages the Embark Training process and ensure that everyone attends and the programme meets the corporate guidelines.
  • Work with the Senior Learning Manager and administer the Annual Compliance Programme.
  • Undertakes function learning support work as identified by the Senior Learning Manager
  • Ensure that the data held in Workday is accurate and maintained to the highest level – ensuring that the global data standards are complied with.
  • Maintains good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments through working by The Golden Rule.
  • Responds to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel.
  • Extends job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous two years’ experience in the luxury hospitality field preferred; experience in hotel operations is fundamental.
  • Experience in a Learning & Development role.
