Ericsson is growing! Our Marketing and Communication Graduate will start in Sep 2023 and focuses on technology leadership. Our aim is to attract and guide the most hardworking, innovative, and creative technology minds.

Graduates of the year 2022 or 2023 with the following bachelor’s degrees:

  • Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent qualification
  • The candidate should not have more than 1-year work experience
  • Candidates who are in their 4th year and about to graduate should obtain their bachelor’s degree latest by August 2023.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies in Related Area
  • Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
  • Negotiation skills
  • Understand customer and market insight
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Ability to Understand Service Delivery Process
  • Ability to Understand Change Management
  • Ability to learn Ericsson Portfolio
  • Presentation skills (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
