Boeing International Corporation is seeking an associate Administrative Assistant to join our Research & Technology Team and support our leader in the Middle East and Turkey region, based out of Dubai, UAE.

Position Responsibilities:
  • With general supervision assists in collection and organisation of data.
  • Assists in implementation as directed.
  • Compiles data and posts information to various electronic information systems as needed.
  • Monitors tracks and records data activity to provide visibility.
  • Assists in compiling data from various sources.
  • Creates draft copies from data sources.
  • Creates final documents for review and approval using multiple software tools.
  • Internally distributes routine non-sensitive information as directed.
  • Processes requests for facilities equipment and computer needs.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangements
  • 2+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 2+ years of experience in partnering with executives to develop and manage the operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership teams
  • 2+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
  • Experience managing and organising multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
  • A team player, able to work in collaborative environment

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
