Talent Acquisition Advisor, Cabin Crew - The Emirates Group

Job Purpose:

This position is focused on supporting high volume recruitment of cabin crew and service delivery professionals.

Job Outline:
  • Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidates' needs are met.
  • Provide prospects and candidates with accurate information regarding the group's culture, values, objectives and benefits.
  • Recommend and implement effective and compliant talent acquisition strategies based on robust consultation and partnership, with a continuous improvement mind set.
  • Leverage all available sourcing channels to drive the engagement and acquisition of top talent.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition project work and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance and confidentiality across the process.
  • Coach and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in recruiting / hospitality / luxury retail
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mind-set and the desire to constantly improve
  • Able to form effective relationships at all levels of the business, including executives and senior leaders
  • Open and flexible in your approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
  • Resilient and tenacious in your capacity to persevere through challenges

Fixed Compensation for Dubai based roles

  • Competitive base salary, paid tax free and reviewed annually
  • Accommodation or a cash alternative
  • Transport or a cash alternative

Variable Compensation for Dubai based roles

  • Role specific allowances – payable to those in specialist roles or who have specialist skills
  • Eligibility for the Emirates Group Profit Share scheme – an annual scheme that pays out to all eligible colleagues if the Group profit target is exceeded

Benefits (contractual)

  • Medical insurance; Life insurance; Personal accident / Workmen’s Compensation – insurance to ensure you are appropriately covered for medical treatment, emergencies and accidents whilst employed by the Group.
  • Education Support Allowance – assistance with the cost of your eligible children’s education in Dubai or abroad, applicable to eligible grades only.
  • Annual leave – a minimum of 30 calendar days per year.
  • Annual leave travel – a return ticket home each year, paid for by the Group.
  • End of Service Benefit - a gratuity payment at the end of your service with the company which increases with your length of service.
  • Pension Scheme – a retirement savings plan, applicable to eligible grades and nationalities only.
