TCC & Distribution Specialist - Schlumberger

Job Summary:

Oversees and facilitates supply chain operations of Distribution Centre and coordinate personnel and processes to achieve effective distribution of goods and ensuring smooth operations aiming for maximum efficiency whilst ensuring TCC compliance globally and within JAFZA.

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments including and not limited to liaising with approved freight forwarders and 3rd party logistics to ensure smooth import & export operations.
  • Evaluate freight and/or inventory costs associated with transit time to ensure costs are competitive.
  • Coordinates with FF/brokers on customs import records
  • Review/Tally of Import & Export customs records
  • Monitor and handle customs discrepancies on both import/export and other related TCC issues
  • Lead & execute improvement projects to reduce warehouse cost, improve cycle time and meet customer expectations as per Cameron SLB’s organisational objectives and business strategies.
  • Work with cross functional departments to meet OTD schedules of customer orders.
  • Handle goods receipts and goods issue and material transfer in SAP and schedule loading/unloading of shipment to assigned 3PL and its carriers.
  • Manage Return to Vendor (RTV) process that includes documentations, tracking, adjusting, disposal, and warranty claims.
  • Filling of import/export shipping documents as per JAFZA and GCC customs regulations.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • Degree in Logistics Management/Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in Logistics preferably in Free Zone
  • Fluent in English both verbal & written

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in SAP. WMS Interface is an advantage
  • Robust knowledge on Global & Regional TCC
  • Coordination with multiple departments
  • Manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Manages processes and procedures
  • Shipping routes and methods
  • Prepare documents and reports
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
