We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results through active planning and implementation of initiatives to grow market share and category for the assigned category portfolio.

A day in the life of ...
  • Deliver brand business objectives in terms of market share, sales volume and revenue and profit growth.
  • Provide sound inputs into the demand planning process to ensure accurate monthly sales forecast.
  • Initiate, propose, execute, monitor and evaluate campaigns and activities.
  • Drive timely implementation of the tactical brands agenda.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the marketing activities at the level of the markets.
  • Assist the BM in ensuring that the field force has adequate product knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure that approvals on marketing material are obtained in a timely manner.
What will make you successful
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in multinational FMCG environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Marketing / Sales
