Global Service Provider Specialist - Fedex

Position Summary:

Applies specialist knowledge in performing and reviewing specific processes and procedures within and across departments, to support achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Participates/leads in the design, development and implementation of processes within area of expertise.

Grade: PP3

Job Experience:

Candidate should have relevant experience in logistics/operations - preferably in service assurance/vendor management/customs clearance/planning & engineering – and should be able to analyse issues, identify root cause, propose and drive corrective action plan – as well as be able to drive projects with adequate supervision from senior or manager.

Language: English mandatory
French language is preferred as countries to be handled will include French speaking countries.

Other skills: Quality management and/or project management certification/experience would be a plus. Finance certification/experience would also be a plus.
