Working within the Training department, your role will be to assist on Training administrative and day-to-day tasks.

Your main responsibilities are:

Reporting to Dubai Duty Free Boutiques Manager, you will act as a strategic partner for both Concourse A and Concourse B boutiques. With a creative and constructive mindset, you will act as an engaging and inspiring force in driving the business as a whole, guaranteeing the Chanel brand image and ensuring the deployment of the Chanel strategy in the boutiques.

Combining courageous leadership, ownership and a strong results orientation and business acumen, you will develop the individual’s potential, excellence of the customer experience of your team and pave the way for success of the boutiques on quantitative and qualitative levers.

Managing a team of Sales Managers

  • Ensure the teams proper understanding and deployment of the House's strategy
  • Effectively manage the Sales Managers, ensuring efficient collaboration and synergies within the team
  • Maximise the potential of the individual, define the priority actions of individual skills development and monitor them while ensuring regular communication to the Boutiques Manager
  • Coach and mentor the team in order to reach their full potential through prompt feedback on results and competencies

Being a strategic partner to Boutiques Manager

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Boutiques Manager on key projects and strategy implementation
  • Represent Boutique Management in absence of the Boutiques Manager
  • Build relationships within the retail community to enrich competitor insight and communicate with Boutiques Manager key information

Driving the business

  • Ensure excellency in terms of client experience and services, create and implement effective action plans to enhance our services and remain the Ultimate house of luxury
  • Monitor business indicators on all product categories and work closely with Sales Managers to create and implement effective business action plans
  • Monitor indicators and possess a 360 view of business activity and advise the Boutiques Manager accordingly
  • You have a post graduate degree and more than 5 years of experience in boutique management.
  • You adapt easily, perceive change as an opportunity and remain objective in the face of uncertainty.
  • You have a strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity.

Your natural leadership, solid managerial skills, strategic mindset as well as your strong business analytical skills will be a real asset to succeed in this position.
English is a must, Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.
