About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a IT Managed Services Onboarding Coordinator with telecom managed services background and project management skills. Will be acting as point of contact for new applications and systems onboarding to the IT managed service scope which includes tracking and follow up with technical leads and SMEs to ensure onboarding checklist is being followed.

What you will be doing:
- Responsible for processing expenses and planning travel, visas and itineraries for exec team members.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of office sites assisting Operations team with HSE & Facility requirements.
- General ad hoc administrative duties such as organising post, correspondence, couriers and supporting team events and conferences.
- Holiday, sickness and business continuity cover for Operations Administrator and Logistics Officer.
- Embassy visits as required.
- Adhoc business improvement projects when needed.

- Should be detail orientated, possess excellent planning skills, and able to follow through well-defined processes.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to critical think through multiple step-process and follow up on several details.
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and major freight forward software is extremely advantages.
- Self-motivated and capable of working as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willing to take on any departmental tasks as needed.
