YOUR MISSION
The Retail Stock Controller will manage all aspects of stock movements, transfers, and inventory data for a designated PUMA retail store. This role involves investigating and resolving issues related to stock shortages or over-deliveries and handling queries associated with these discrepancies.
KEY TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all stock movements within the designated PUMA retail store.
- Address and resolve discrepancies reported by the store team.
- Conduct detailed investigations into stock shortages or over-deliveries, coordinating with the warehouse and couriers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain stock movement reports, ensuring they are checked and updated weekly in collaboration with the store team.
- Ensure the store is compliant with accepting and processing ASN vouchers, collaborating with IT and Area Manager to resolve any issues.
- Manage manual stock movements within the store.
- Perform daily manual stock adjustments and investigate any discrepancies.
- Ensure all systems are aligned and that customer transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist in uploading stock takes and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the store team and Area Manager.
- Ensure regular cycle counts are conducted and actioned at the store level.
- Additional tasks may be assigned as required during your employment.
