Line of Service Overview

Our Middle East Assurance practice includes over 2,300 people based in 12 countries across the region and is part of PwC's global network that is operating worldwide. PwC Middle East's Assurance practice combines the right mix of human-led and tech powered solutions to provide our clients with quality audits and other risk services that create confidence and impact in our region and across society.

Position Overview

As the Quality Review (QR) Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the QR Leader in planning, resourcing and monitoring several aspects in relation to the Quality Review program throughout the year. This role requires exceptional coordination skills across various PwC offices within and outside the Middle East region. You will facilitate the planning, execution, and reporting phases of the QR program, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication with stakeholders.

What is expected from you?
  • Assist the QR Leader in coordinating all aspects of the Quality Review program, from initial planning to final execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with different PwC offices to ensure alignment and cooperation throughout the review process.
  • Utilise strong networking and communication skills to identify and engage the right reviewers for the Quality Review program, ensuring expertise and availability align with project needs.
  • Employ analytical and digital skills to generate insightful reports on the outcomes of Quality Review exercises using tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • Organise and manage logistics to facilitate smooth execution of Quality Review exercises.
  • Prepare presentations prior to the start date of the Quality Review program by coordinating with various teams to gather the required information.

In addition to the direct coordination of the Quality Review program, you may need to support and assist senior team members with various projects and periodic and ongoing monitoring activities in relation to risk and quality activities such as:

  • Acceptance and continuance;
  • Independence related monitoring activities;
  • Archiving;
  • Termination of retention;
  • Consultation.
  • Documentation of all the above mentioned projects
  • Coach and guide the Junior team members
What will you bring?

  • A degree in Business or any other related academic major
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus
  • Willingness to challenge the 'norms' and to create a cohesive and effective working team
  • Excellent project management skills
