About you

Attentive to detail, outcome focused and a passion for serving customers. We are looking for exceptional Waiters/Waitresses to join us at Harrods, located within our iconic Knightsbridge store. As a part of our front of house team, your customers will trust your food expertise and menu knowledge. Your attention to detail and care for the customer will enable you to think of and create moments of delights for those that dine with us. As a team player, you will be working alongside the back of house team to ensure a smooth service from start to finish.

A new era is here – It is called the Taste Revolution. We are on a journey to become the world’s greatest food emporium. Our Dining Hall is under renovation until summer 2019 when we will re-open 6 new restaurants as part of the Taste Revolution. We are looking for Waiters to join us in our new restaurants.
