Our in-room dining is a close knit team who cater to both our in-house guests as well as private events, shooting parties, lunches and various outdoor experiences across The Glorious Playground.

• Bringing delicious flavours to our guests’ suites by efficiently transporting in a timely manner
• Ensuring that each order runs efficiently and smoothly offering our guests’ the same experience as restaurant dining
• Taking great pride to work in such an amazing establishment is something that you should convey to each team player and our guests
• Continually observe and offer suggestions as to ways of developing and increasing the quality of our service
• To be able to proficiently up sell and to encourage other team members to do so at every opportunity, hence maximising profitability
• You’ll be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way

The kind of person we're looking for

• Ability to assist in all aspects of the day to day running of in-room dining
• Driven and passionate with a genuine interest of working within fine dining
• Previous experience within customer service an advantage. Full training will be offered
• Takes pride in the work you do and passionate about delivering the high standards that are associated with the Gleneagles brand
• Enthusiastic, confident and warm; you like working in an environment where things move and flex, where a can-do attitude is key
• Reliable and likes to ensure every job is completed to the highest standard consistently and in a timely fashion
• Great team worker with strong communication skills; you want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
