Role Responsibility

Joining as part of our support team in Leicester, you will work as part of the Leicester AP team and alongside the Dublin finance team to assist in clearing down the down Ledger balances for our Irish sister company, Arnotts. This role is initially a 3 month fixed term contract.
The role responsibilities will include -

• Reconciling supplier accounts;
• Matching invoices to the relevant receipts and resolving any issues that may arise;
• Providing relevant details and back up documentation to supplier to resolve outstanding issues;
• Working with the buying and warehouse team to resolve any cost or quantity differences as they arise;
• Reaching weekly targets for number of supplier reconciliations completed and volume of invoices matched.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced working in an Accounts Payable role;
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload;
• Work to strict targets and deadlines;
• Good communication skills essential;
• Strong numeracy skills and a GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English;
• Basic computer skills are essential.
