SaaS Sales Executive - Jobsite Direct, London, UK

Job Description:

We are looking for a Membership Advisor based in our London office. As a membership advisor you will act as the first point of contact for our existing customers wishing to upgrade their plan.

Salary: Basic £18,000 per annum + uncapped commission. Basic increases to £20,000 per annum following successful completion of probation period.

To be successful in this role you must have superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, working autonomously and taking full control & responsibility for achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for our existing customers wishing to upgrade their plan
  • Proactively contracting new customer and hiring companies to ensure continuity of our services
  • Identify opportunities to retain customers by ensuring a thorough understanding of company product range and additional services
  • Deliver individual and team sales targets and KPI’s
  • Deliver world class customer service to our customers and improve the company’s relationship with each customer
  • Achieve team sales, retention and customer satisfaction targets
  • Improve the quality of customer information in CRM, in particular prospect data about customers’ services with competitors
  • Ensure all calls are conducted within Ofcom guidelines
  • Deliver and maintain a quality service at all times
  • Carry out any other duties as requested by your line manager
Experience and qualifications required:
  • Educated to degree level, preferably in a business, communications, marketing or a related field
  • Knowledge of account development is desirable; B2B or B2C outbound sales experience
  • Sales experience in a target-oriented environment
  • Demonstrable previous success in converting sales prospects into leads, or exemplifying the attributes and work ethic required to achieve these objectives
  • Effective call handling skills, such as opening and closing
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Driven self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A proactive approach and be self-motivated
  • Knowledge of sales and communication tools like Pipedrive, Freshdesk
  • Good knowledge of HTML, basic programming languages would be an advantage
