HR Manager - Neumann & Müller, Dubai office

Expectations of Role

The purpose of the role is to incorporate all key HR functions concerning people optimisation, establishing and implementation of set policies and streamlining and further development of our existing HR capabilities.

This will include the full HR cycle from recruitment, compensation & benefits through to employee relations. With our growth and associated recruitment needs of utmost importance, the role will assume all or part of the full recruitment life cycle and ensure the plan incorporates a strong talent pool on an ongoing basis.

Supports the leadership team by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analysing information and applications. Further activities will include but are not limited to supporting the HR Director in researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organisation values.

Your Profile

We are seeking a highly qualified HR Professional, with a minimum of 5 years HR experience in the UAE, who wants to make a difference and add significant value to our Human Resources team. Working in our Dubai office, with considerable interface with our Global HR team in Germany, we are ideally looking for someone with a ‘hands on’ approach, with passion and energy to drive the business forward, those who are able to manage many competing deadlines and HR agendas will be rewarded with a highly interesting, fast paced and challenging role.

Additionally, you will be an excellent communicator (high level of proficiency in English) and a real people person.

It is expected that all candidates will have superior UAE HR knowledge and labour law experience. You will hold a relevant degree (or equivalent work experience) and professional HR certification (CIPD, AHRI and/or SHRM) for this position.
