Your day to day:

We are currently looking for service oriented Club Lounge Butler. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Guest Relation Manager and within the limits of established standards of InterContinental Hotels Group, local policies and procedures, responsible for all activities relevant to the Club InterContinental Lounge and Rooms such as the set-up and service of all food and beverage presentations in the lounge, concierge services and business centre services.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and make time to interact effectively with guests.
  • Ensuring overall guest satisfaction by assuring tentative guest service.
  • Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relation to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety. Develop and maintain relationships with local fire, police, and emergency personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Active participation in trainings provided by the hotel and by the department to ensure and establish performance and development goals for the team
  • Familiarise in compliance state and local laws and safety regulations.
What we need from you:
  • Ideally, the candidate must possess previous work experience in a restaurant setting, Front Office environment or equivalent.
  • Possess a warm, friendly and welcoming personality
  • Flexible with working hours and must be a team player
  • Demonstrated ability of interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
