Senior Services Manager - Customer Contract Management - GE Aviation

Job Description Summary:

The Customer Program Manager provides the necessary management of contract including pre- signature and post expiration as required. In this role, you will be responsible for the definition, management, and execution of contract, estimating and risk modelling profitability and activities to support contract improvement and program reviews. The role has a major impact in the services business. High levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen are required to drive outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • This CPM role in Dubai carries CFM portfolio responsibility.
  • Provides total program leadership for all GE contracts (Customised Service Agreement, Time & Material, MSA, CBSA) Organising and supporting program and technical reviews and representing GE / CFM in all other business/contractual discussions.
  • Support the broader business rhythms & KPI's.
  • Responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction of all assigned contracts, including Contract Margin Review and/or Time & Material performance, work-scoping, warranty determination, and administration.
  • Function as primary liaison between internal GE organisations, partner JV and customers. Provide coordination with other GE Customer organisations through the Customer Team process.
  • ATMRO Interface for Engine shop visit, Customer Repair and Spares coordination (in's outs fulfilment) for assigned accounts.
  • Offload management for assigned accounts.
  • Determine and flow down for Airline and MRO shop visit forecasts.
  • Serve as the key sales interface for new contract proposals & restructures to ensure executability. Responsible for contract flow down with Sales Director and the development of procedure manuals related to the contract.
  • Review invoices, approve credits and collect cash in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:
This role requires significant experience in the Services & Customer Contract Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • CPM or similar Experience with ME Aviation customers preferred.
