CAFM Administrator - MACE MENA

The opportunity:

Project: Government entity charged with supporting and regulating education in Qatar. That includes a full array of K-12 public and private schools and high-quality institutions of higher education. In the 2019/20 academic year, there are more than 332 private schools serving approximately 211,000 students. Private schools offer a wide variety of curricula, philosophies, and activities that meet the needs of individual students and their families.

The CAFM Administrator is specialised technical expertise and is personally accountable for ensuring fastest possible resolution to questions and problems for product-specific issues. A dedicated single & direct point of contact for all technical issues, support engineer brings in-depth software expertise to client environment, in addition to the following tasks:

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Expert in FSI import tool to upload any required data, and building any customised template to import any customised information into FSI database
  • Providing reports related to all activities involving technical issues
  • Communicates and coordinate with other senior technical resources at FSI facilities, provides Scheduled business reviews and guidance on new releases and products provides Knowledge transfer to client staff.
  • Overseeing of client technical support initiatives, troubleshooting problems and resolution of issues.
  • Combining in-depth knowledge of client environment with dedicated product line expertise.
  • Communicating the upcoming product line features to client staff and management.
  • Being able to use and support the service using client ticketing system (BMC remedy)
  • Fulfilling any required development activities.
  • Updating any of the existing workflows, or develop new workflows as required.
  • Building customised reports in CAFM\FSI solution as required by the business
  • Maintaining the existing integrations between CAFM\FSI and client existing application.
  • Implementing integration between CAFM\FSI and new client applications.
  • Able to create any required customised modules to maintain and support CAFM\FSI solution.
  • Migrating CAFM\FSI solution to Azure cloud.
  • Creating ad hoc queries.
  • Creating all required scripts to apply custom requirements.
  • Executing Business Analysis
  • SRS Documentation
  • Risk management documentation
  • UAT Planning and Execution
  • Administering customer acceptance and training
  • Updating customer plans
  • Configuration, set-up and unit testing
  • Instant bug fixing
  • Being the point of contact for technical discussions
  • Managing frequent technical and business handovers
About you

You are a digitally savvy, B.Sc. Degree in Engineering or Degree in computer science. You have a good 5 years of experience as a CFM/ FSI technical and functional consultant. Good analytical skills, problem-solving skills and presentation skills. Good level of interpersonal and communication skills, good language ability in both spoken and written English and Arabic.

Highly self-motivated and able to work under own initiative. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Can build lasting client relationships and provide support to dynamic, motivated teams.
