As a Lifestyle Manager you will be fulfilling a variety of requests for our clients travelling to France. From giving tips on how to make the most of tourist attractions to sharing insiders knowledge of local places to visit and booking restaurants in high demand and tickets to top sports events. You will use your knowledge, contacts and expertise to ensure our members request gets fulfilled to the best it possibly can. You will be creating personalised solutions to their requests and exceeding all expectations. Some of their requests will be straight forward such as checking prices and availability for days out. Others, however, will be more unusual and will require tenacity and excellent problem-solving skills.

We are looking for:

• Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy the challenge of meeting and beating targets.
• People who are passionate about delivering high-quality personalised support and have excellent research skills.
• People who can use their initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members .
• People who either have previous customer service experience or people with a passion for delivering high quality customer service.
• Fluency (both written and spoken) in French.

Full Time position 40 hours per week
Hours of work will range from 7am – 11pm.
