Search Ads 360 Media Specialist (Arabic) - Google, Dubai

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The Google Marketing Platform (GMP) is one of the growing areas in Google. We offer agencies, advertisers, and media buyers integrated technology solutions to support them in the growing and strategic area of programmatic advertising. Automation, technology, and effective data management are enabling our customers to attribute value, collate, and analyse insights to drive search investment in real time.

As a Search Ads 360 (SA360) Media Specialist, you will be at the centre of this transformation, advising your assigned clients on how to make the most of our programmatic search solution, SA360.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in search engine marketing (SEM) or search engine optimisation (SEO).
  • Ability to speak and write in Arabic and English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working in the ad technology market as a seller or a user and in the use of programmatic ad buying tools.
  • Experience building effective and lasting customer relationships and strategic and analytical sales approaches.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, influencing, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of Google’s SA360 clients and agencies in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges and educate them on software features and best practices.
  • Create GMP account plans to sell and activate automation and grow client maturity. Add value to our advertisers' business and grow feature adoption usage.
  • Think of creative ways to improve our relationships constantly with our clients and keep them at the forefront of advertising technology.
  • Demonstrate the value of our Google Marketing Platform solutions.
  • Persuade clients of the wider strategic programmatic opportunities with Google Marketing Platform.
