Key Account Assistant Manager - Samsung MENA - Dubai

The successful applicant is responsible for independently develop and manage ME business in IR channel UAE GCC Responsibility would include
1. Enhance distribution of full range of ME products across domestic IR in UAE GCC
2. Develop IR channel in UAE GCC and promote in country sell out for smart watch and TWS
3. Increase Channel penetration / coverage for ME products
4. Identify FS stores of SMP in IR and make attach rate sell out target for Wearables
5. Ensure 100% visibility in line with SMP for new launch Accessories and wearables within the time lines
6. Achieve assigned sales target via planning key strategies and execute the same
7. Additional responsibility will also include to liase with TLs of SMP in IR channel and use them for ME Business

Rôle et Responsabilités
  • [Sales target management] Manage the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business unit and drive to encourage employee morale.
  • [Sales strategy setting] Review the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target by analysing the assigned market, product, and competitor data.
  • [Sales support] Manage the material and human resources support to a relevant region or business organisation and their efforts to meet the sales target.
  • [Sales monitoring, opportunity identification and risk management] Monitor sales and operation status and other issues and eliminate risk factors through communication.
  • [KPI Management] Deliver market share, revenue and profitability targets for Channel Partners.
  • [Forecast Management] Provide accurate and timely forecasts and reports as required by management team.
  • [Market Sensing] Conduct market trend analysis and working closely with the Channel Partners to develop plans to overcome potential issues.
Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years’ experience.
  • Proficient in MS tools. Ability to develop and deliver high quality content for top management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all Mobile channel actors (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users)
  • Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality. Multitasks effectively Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.
  • Priority setting & problem solving.
  • At least 3 years’ of relevant experience in Key Account Management
  • Experience from the Accessories and wearable consumer industry is a must
  • Experience in Managing Independent Retailers / SMB is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of GCC SMB market is an added advantage
