Content and Social Media Lead - Standard Chartered, Dubai

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy (B2B and B2C) that aligns with our overall brand and marketing objectives - including thought leadership, social media, blogs and influencer marketing
  • Manage the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content across a variety of channels, including blog posts, social media, email, and video. Including collaboration with industry leaders in the space of financial inclusion, as well as influencers for our financial education programme.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer support, to ensure one integrated marketing strategy driving client acquisition, app usage, cross-sell and advocacy throughout the marketing funnel
  • Monitor and analyze website and digital channels metrics to continually optimize and refine our content and social media strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our content and social media presence remains relevant and effective
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B and B2C content and social media marketing, with a focus on financial services / technology but not limited to it
  • Urdu / Hindi language is a huge plus
  • Excellent and creative copywriting and editing skills, with a strong portfolio of work to demonstrate your abilities
  • Great design skills that will enable full ownership around creating unique social media visual themes for each social media pillar
  • Experience using analytics and data-driven insights to inform and refine web and app usage strategies (knowledge of using Google Analytics, HubSpot, Apps flyer, Adobe, MoEngage but not limited to those).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
