Job Summary:

Breitling stands apart from other watch brands with its focus on casual, sustainable and inclusive luxury. We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our #Squad.

Your responsibilities:
  • Providing customers with product knowledge and recommendations on which Breitling products would best suit their needs
  • Ensure implementation of merchandising that is personalised to potential customers
  • Maintaining relationships with current clients through regular contact to ensure satisfaction with the company’s services and their purchases
  • Interacting with potential clients to determine their needs and interests to make appropriate recommendations
  • Ensure the client experience is memorable by showing a good understanding of their customer and their requirements
  • Providing customers with insightful and interactive product demonstrations so they can experience the product before making a purchase
  • Creating an environment that encourages customers to spend time in the store and encourages them to make additional purchases
  • Providing customers with information about products and services offered by other departments e.g. after sales services, product warranty
  • Maximise opportunities to make customers feel special through the implementation of boutique events which promote high client attendance and strong sales results, as well as acknowledging birthdays and other important occasions
  • Ensure consistent 1st class customer service and after sales experiences to increase and retain customer loyalty
  • Develop clients & prospects database
  • Ensure the implementation, execution and measurement of company CRM initiatives through team action plans and efficient use of SalesForce
  • Capture meaningful customer data to build professional relationships and personalise future client development opportunities
  • Respond and resolve customer concerns in a professional and rapid manner
Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a luxury environment
  • You are currently holding a similar role with in-depth knowledge of luxury retail and/or consumer goods in the UAE
  • You are bilingual in English and Arabic; other languages will be considered
  • You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections
  • Also, you have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
