In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to support hairdressers and develop the hair industry sustainably, whilst benefiting all. We’re the founding Division for the L’Oréal group, with a 110-year history.

Responsibilities:
  • Work within the Digital and Innovation team, driving the strategy for the Professional Products Division on technology and services
  • Collaborate with each of the brand teams (local and global) to plan future digital service deployment
  • Act as point of contact for the cross-divisional digital and marketing team to cascade performance, best practices, and service optimisations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance our service offering to benefit wider digital strategy
  • Establish actions to measure and improve the divisions total digital service offering
  • Identify new services that can benefit clients and/or salons by increasing footfall, increasing retention, or increasing average service price
  • Improve brand website performance
  • Deliver a cross-brand Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategy, working with brand teams and agency partners to increase our websites visibility and performance
  • Own website performance optimisation for the division and work hard to improve for the benefit of our customers
  • Be the expert for the division on tools such as Sitecore, Glassbox and Google Analytics delivery best in class website optimisations at a local level
  • Establish a sampling strategy working with the divisional ecommerce team and relevant brand teams
  • Support upskilling on digital topics across the division, creating content where needed to support our professional education platform “Access”
  • Own the Digital Advisory Board (DAB) process for the division, working across all brands and relevant divisional stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver new digital technology/services in a safe and compliant way.
  • Provide regular insight and analysis to brands and senior management to understand the tech and services performance identify opportunities
  • Keep the “pro” at the heart of everything we do, ensuring L’Oreal is the partner of choice for all salons and stylists within the UK&I
You have

In order to be successful in this role you will:

  • Have had experience working within a digital team
  • Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, updating website content and understanding appropriate performance metrics to define success are all essential
  • You will have a passion for all things related to digital innovation
  • Previously managed agency relationships
  • Evidence of working to a budget and set ROI targets
  • Have experience managing multiple stakeholders across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work effectively within a lose framework
  • Personify a test and learn mentality, and are comfortable with failure in order to achieve success
  • Have an ability to work autonomously
  • Be a clear communicator, with an ability to “simplify the complicated” in order to bring everyone on the transformation journey with you
