Implement and maintain a structured approach to current and prospective procurement management including management of a centralized vendor database, sourcing process, E-Procurement, and set up of vendor performance evaluation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Procurement Operation & Management
• Lead and manage the bidding/quotation process
• Enhance operational excellence such as Procurement database implementation to develop analysis tools
• Vendor qualification process management for new vendors and regular clearing/mapping for existing vendors
• Conduct regular vendor performance evaluation to maintain high standards of quality, delivery, and service
• Perform regular Procurement internal audit
• Deliver the timely reports and business analysis
• Provide the process guidance to the stakeholders to ensure efficient operations
• Conduct Procurement regular training to the internal stakeholders and vendors

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 - 5 years of working experience in Procurement Management
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills
• Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Self-motivated and being able to work under minimum supervision
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports, data and studies.
• Ability to effectively present information to top management
• Excel & MS Office knowledge
