Admin and Contract Management Support - Boehringer Ingelheim, Dubai

Job description:

Are you looking for a role in a pharmaceutical company where your skills, competencies and creativity can open doors for your early development and professional growth?

Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and motivated Admin & Contract Management support to join our Regional Legal & Compliance team, based at Dubai.

You will work in a complex industry that’s full of opportunities and challenges, and support monitoring of contract management systems and carrying out administrative tasks to ensure efficient execution and completion of activities in the Legal & Compliance team.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Support in the regional implementation of contract management systems including CorA, Docusign, EFECT, etc.
  • Perform CorA “key user” functions including interface with GBS CorA Support
  • Provide support in training “other” users of CorA, Docusign and EFECT
  • Template management
  • Monitor contract management performance
  • Collaborate and perform audit readiness activities with contract managers (implementation of CLM procedure)
  • Perform document support services such as formatting, proofreading etc.
  • Provide company secretary support as required
  • Create training/communication materials and documentation
  • Effectively schedule and coordinate training sessions
  • Maintain training records through coordinating, recording and tracking training sessions (halos and LOS))
  • Perform other administrative tasks supporting the Legal & Compliance team
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience is required
  • Previous experience using contract management systems including CorA, Docusign, EFECT is preferred
  • Previous experience in the Pharma industry is a plus
  • Business fluent in English in its written and oral form
  • Business fluent in Arabic in it written and oral form is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Capable of organizing, planning, and prioritising work/tasks
