We review our salaries to make sure they stay competitive in each market – and the same goes for the results-based pay that some of our sales teams enjoy. Of course, financial life is not always plain sailing. That’s why we have negotiated deals for our people on a range of insurance products including life, legal and business travel cover.
Rewards and recognition
Your salary is what you expect for doing what’s expected. Some achievements and occasions, however, demand more recognition than that – and the attitude that drives them is worth encouraging, so we go out of our way to do just that. Like celebrating major anniversaries such as 10, 25 or 40 years with us, with a bonus.
