Marketing Assistant - Procter and Gamble, UAE

Job overview:

You will be part of a full Category team (including leadership), and full Multifunctional delivery team (Brand, Market Strategy & Planning, and Finance & Accounting). You will be responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business, by proactively managing projects, conducting high-level data analysis, and enabling other team members to do their work. Together, we'll continue to create leading brand experiences and make a difference for nearly 5 billion consumers every single day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly budget tracking and cost reporting
  • Consolidation of data for key business trackers and extraction of data from work systems
  • Conduct high-level data analysis to enable other team members to deliver timely projects
  • Management of samples and customisation for trial and store activities
  • Other administrative support and ad hoc tasks or projects
What are we looking for:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in managing budget tracking and demonstrated stewardship
  • Autonomy & Agility - Takes leadership and initiative in areas of responsibility, works independently and quickly adjusts time to most important needs.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Exhibits the highest level of confidentiality
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, SAP, and SharePoint
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • English fluency. Arabic is a plus
