Marketing Assistant - Procter and Gamble, UAE

You will be part of a full Category team (including leadership), and full Multifunctional delivery team (Brand, Market Strategy & Planning, and Finance & Accounting). You will be responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business, by proactively managing projects, conducting high-level data analysis, and enabling other team members to do their work. Together, we'll continue to create leading brand experiences and make a difference for nearly 5 billion consumers every single day.
- Monthly budget tracking and cost reporting
- Consolidation of data for key business trackers and extraction of data from work systems
- Conduct high-level data analysis to enable other team members to deliver timely projects
- Management of samples and customisation for trial and store activities
- Other administrative support and ad hoc tasks or projects
What are we looking for:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any major
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in managing budget tracking and demonstrated stewardship
- Autonomy & Agility - Takes leadership and initiative in areas of responsibility, works independently and quickly adjusts time to most important needs.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Exhibits the highest level of confidentiality
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, SAP, and SharePoint
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- English fluency. Arabic is a plus
