Associate Analyst, Launch Graduate Program 2024 - Mastercard, Dubai

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Uses analytical and problem-solving skills to provide analyses and solutions that satisfy business needs and inform strategy development
  • Leverages data tools to develop revenue and expense benchmarks and performance trends
  • Supports project execution across at least one business function (e.g., business development, advertising, marketing, product management)
  • Participates in project and team meetings, business forecasting and planning activities
  • Assists with creating sales presentations, proposals and internal business case development
  • Works collaboratively across various internal teams to support a variety of business initiatives
  • Assists with the development and reporting of regular senior management business updates

JOB SPECIFIC EXPERIENCES

Business experience or educational background in industries such as financial services, consumer products, consulting, marketing, technology, or communications

BROADENING EXPERIENCES

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple projects concurrently, while meeting deadlines
  • Works successfully and cooperatively in a team atmosphere
  • Uses insights drawn from data analytics to add value to a Customer servicing team
What you’ll need for Launch
  • To be available to start the program on 2nd September 2024.
  • To be a Final Year Masters / Undergraduate Student or to graduate no earlier than December 2023 and no later than August 31st 2024.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Computer Science or Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Business Informatics / MIS with a minimum predicted classification of a UK 2.1 or equivalent GPA of 3.0.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with analytical and problem-solving capability and a strong strategic & conceptual aptitude, whilst being customer-centric.
  • Passionate to learn and seek knowledge about Business Analysis / Payments / Software Development Life Cycle / Agile and Scrum.
  • English Language skills to a professional standard.
  • Arabic Language skills to a professional standard.
