Your Role:

• Manages and conducts consumer studies in the Henkel LHC Consumer co-Creation Centre Plans, executes and reports on Consumer Studies/Sessions in close cooperation with Market Research, Marketing and R&D Adapts master questionnaires from Market Research toolbox to the specific study requirements.
• Moderates' groups and interviews test persons during prototyping sessions Instructs external test persons in the various testing facilities (e.g. kitchen, bathroom).
• Observes and documents the test person statements and usage behaviour.
• Prepares test samples, ensures the correct labelling on the samples as well as digitally available legally required documentation Is responsible for recruitment of suitable new test persons with specific characteristics.
• Establishes new digital documentation and evaluation tools as well as new methods and technologies.
• Prepares and analyses collected data, results and observations from the consumer studies, creates presentations.
• Supports clients for test person studies in the selection of suitable test persons Informs test persons in accordance with the applicable external (GDPR etc.) and internal guidelines for conducting consumer studies

SKILLS:

• Interest in advertising, brand development, brand identity, broadcast campaigns, concept generation, and event management.
• Bachelor's degree of Science/Engineering from a reputable university.
• 0-2 years of experience (Preferably within Product Development).
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Excellent communication / Analytical skills.
