• Engage with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and job profiles to deliver candidates
• Edit / write candidate job profiles/briefs as required
• Support Talent Acquisition Specialists with creation of assessment tasks/tools
• Schedule candidates and Hiring Managers for interview/assessment centres (online / face-to-face)
• Ensure all relevant documentation is complete to process for hiring approval
• Liaise with Talent Acquisition on-boarding team to ensure efficient and timely on boarding of selected candidates
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout on-boarding
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications

About you:

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience or High School Qualification with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
• Previous talent acquisition experience, e.g. volume, executive, agency
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of E-recruitment platforms and/or HRMS system.
• Previous operational and sourcing experience.
• Ability to multi task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
