About You
You passionate about customer service! In a friendly and welcoming manner, you are able to resolve issues or queries that customers raise with you with confidence. You’re a team player who takes initiative and strives to exceed customers’ expectations
What to Expect
The customer service station is located on level 3 at the Knightsbridge store. Like a front of house role, you will be solving customer queries face to face with the customer. Working alongside you, there will be about 4-6 other advisers with you on a shift and you will also have Assistant Managers and a Customer Service Manager to support you and the team throughout the day. The Customer Service station is open in accordance with the store opening hours. We work some weekends but the rotas are fair and consistent.
